"I came from Saudi Arabia along with my friends, who became my roommates, and I knew about these apartments through the internet. The rooms are fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, leather sofas, LCD TV, and a lot more. There's a game room downstairs which contains Foosball, Pool tables, poker tables, etc. Along with the common room, there's also a theater room for free-watching all new movies. In addition, there are study rooms located away from all those entertainment sources. Moreover, musicians can practice their talents freely in the music room. Furthermore, there's a cardio gym along with a weight room.Along with that, there are laundry rooms located every second floor. Also, there's always some friendly staff downstairs for any inquiries and problems. Saving the best for last, the building is fully secured with security cameras all over the place, secured doors, and a security guard in the night. I highly recommend it for all students because it is simply the BEST!"

"You pay rent for furniture, internet, water - electricity, kitchenware and some electronics. And granted, you get them all. And free maintenance. But this place is really beyond you if you're past your first year. It gives the same vibe as most dorms, so you can never have a good sense of privacy. What's worse is that the internet you pay for is beyond crappy, your rent goes to tacky staff-organized events like valentines day and fall mixers, and there's one room in every apartment practically which has no window and no solid door. So people can watch you change and hear everything since there's a shutter in place of the window.

Finally, if you're moving in with friends and value your friendship... don't live here. I moved in with my best friends and now we don't talk, and this isn't the first instance when this has happened... I've heard the same from multiple sources.

"It was a positive experience. Crappy wifi internet thats as slow as dial up. Quote "internet provided is only for wired access" "We use fiber optic cables for internet" I really enjoy hearing apartment next door washing dishes, skyping, all their personal conversation. If anyone moves upstairs, it sounds like someone is scraping metal on concrete. There is no such thing as security. They dont even look at security camera. Music room is shared with garage, fitness room is hazardous and smells like moldy sponge. Exercise equipments are "under maintenance" no pool cues, broken pool table, staff playing diablo 2 while on security shift. Some actually go to sleep on theatre room. Next year, there will be 400 more victims. "

"I'm living at 515 right now, and am looking forward to my lease ending. I recommend this place for first years only because it's a great way to meet people, but 515 will try and squeeze money out of you and are really not accommodating and considering that it's student housing, i think it's unacceptable. Also the internet is terrible."

"The building management is really bad. They completely disregard the initial lease contract. Items that are supposed to be included are not despite their presence in the contract. Smoking is tolerated to such an extent that it is the non-smokers who have to move out. A whole floor usually smells like marijuana, despite it being an illegal substance. Young people work at the front desk most of the time, so that if you have any even moderately serious issue they ask you to come back during short restricted hours when the more senior staff will be there and most people have classes. If you pay extra for a higher internet package, they still give you the same access. Just ask for an internet code and they hand one over without asking what your subscription is. The service provided simply does not match the exorbidant price. There are many cheaper living options."

"This place is okay, for starters there is only one french speaking employee, so if you go there in the afternoon expect to be served in English. But this issue isn't the worst. There is also the constant notices and interruptions of people knocking on your door to collect rent, when an email would work just as fine. Also there is always staff coming in and out of the apt. without knocking or notice they have a million reasons to enter apparently but honestly its just annoying. The security staff is no help and people are constantly smoking in the building. Also the internet is c-r-a-p, its just plain horrible, although i'll give them credit they are trying to fix it. Although don't ask them to fix your internet because they will send some sketchy guy who cant speak a word of English or French and does not know what hes doing. JUST CALL THE 1800 number, trust. I must admit though i love the building, my room is great, and the rent high but reasonable."

"I love 515. The staff is amazing, the building is modern, new and well kept. The furniture they give you is perfect for the size of the room (its all IKEA). The rent is high but you get your money's worth in my opinion. 515 has become a second home, and the staff is like my family. The internet is crap but at least its included. 515 has their faults but what organization of their size doesn't ?! Let just say I spend my first year in Canada in McGill Rez and regretted it, 515 is the place to be! "

"It is not worth the price you may. For 929$-1,200$ a month you can buy a house and split it with 5 people. The mortgage for a house cost 2,000 a month... how does this make sense. "

"All of the above are correct 515 has horrible internet but is also a home. Half the staff could easily be fired and not missed while half I could not live without. I would not live there more than a year but it was a also a good experience. Good transitional home."

"This place is am awesome! The hospitality is great. Complimentary ginger ale and snacks. They have a powerful shower that uses unlimited water. The sleep can be tough like sleeping on a couch thats to small or a soiled mattress. But usually the weed you smoke before bed insures a solid rest. Great views of student protests. A perfect place to live for 3 or 4 days a year tops"

"All inclusive rooms, great. Internet included in your rent, great. Internet that doesn't work if more than a few people are using it, my money is wasted. Thanks 515 for failing to fix your internet once again."
