Why Odin?
"Odin (Old Norse Óðinn) is considered the chief god in Norse mythology and Norse paganism. His role, like many of the Norse pantheon, is complex: he is god of wisdom, war, battle, and death. He is also attested as being a god of magic, poetry, prophecy, victory, and the hunt."(*)
Seek Odin provides a source of information for people to draw on the knowledge and wisdom of their peers. As such, Odin's knowledge is represented by the contributors to Seek Odin.

Why Allow Anonymity?
SeekOdin is one of the only online review communities that allows users to post their opinion without signing up. We have often been criticized for that flexibility, however we deeply believe in its utility in bringing out the truth.
We firmly believe that many people might feel discouraged to write a negative review of a business they've used often if they had to provide their identity. If we required registration in order to participate, we believe we would end up mostly with positive reviews, which would not be helpful to the community.
