"I was really disappointed with his service. In my opinion, he overlooked basic facts applicable to the fact situation of the mortgage which then caused me to scramble. He was impossible to reach to resolve issues and frankly, was not particularly pleasant to deal with. "

"Left a msg on the 24th of december and got a call back fast, and got an appointement 1 hour later. Made alot of points in my back already. He's very friendly and explains he's product very well.
Unlike some ppl that say he only takes care of big clients, i have to disagree, i'm a small fish and always felt important. Also got the best rate and on top of that he has a great sense of humour ! Continue yor hard work Al !"
