"My experience at Pampered pets of Westmount has been a totaly pleasant and friendly experience,It is the place to go when leaving your precious pet to be pampered.I know i could not have found a better trained groomer to help with my difficult dog's nail trimming ! Every time Copper had visited Anna Maria's grooming table, she was able to comfort him and make the experience as pleasant as possible.Thank you Anna Maria, your care and devotion to your work makes all the difference !"

"Being a patient client of pampered pets for the last 3 years, (appointments were always running late) last time I tried to book an appointment I was told that they would no longer be able to groom my cat, I guess they are at the point where they can choose their clientele, too bad it's not for the love of the animals but rather for the convenience of the owner ...... very disappointed. "

"I brought my tiny Yorkshire Terrier to be groomed at Pampered Pets de Westmount thinking that It would be a great experience but my dog was cut on his chest while being clipped :(((. The owner Anna said she was very sorry and she put the blame on the fact that my dog had knots. Also when I called to book the appointment they said that the price was 30$ and when it was time to pay they charged me 45$ saying I misunderstood. I felt very bad and disappointed by this experience and promised myself to NEVER bring my dog there again."

"I have a poodle mix who's hair gets extremely matted and out of control from my lack of brushing (my bad) however, when I take her to Pampered Pets my dog Gucci always comes back looking her best, clean cut and matte free! I really appreciate and love the way my Gucci gets treated at papered pets as she is a tiny dog with special needs. It's always a great experience when I bring her. I would highly recommend them! They also have an awesome selection of cute & trendy doggie outfits, I just can't help myself when I walk in and see all the new stuff they get every season! "

"New to the NDG area, I needed to find a new groomer for both my dogs. I very pleased with choosing Pampered Pets not only did my dogs come back looking and most importantly smelling their best but they were happy to be there! Friendly Knowledgeable Staff and lots of happy dogs!

"Was extremly pleased with my dogs haircut for the holidays! She came out smelling great but not overpowing because I'm allergic to most perfumes!

"this is the best place for dogs grooming in Montréal,Very professionnal and Very Very pleasant human being. My scotti Victoria was there for fifteen years and she was treated like royalty and respect. Her cut was fabulous and Very professionnal. Thank you Anna Maria for your love for animals.
