"Relaxed environment- good for student printing. A few times i've printed 1 or 2 pages and they give them to me for free."

"Very bad place. The guys are rude. I once tried to scan a few papers and wanted to have the scans on my UBS stick the guy said that the computers were not able to read it and he needs to send it by e-mail.When I finally arrived home I did not get that e-mail with the attached scans. I phoned to see if they can resend them the guy said that their computers do not retain e-mails or scans.
When I complained he said I should not parade him over a few scans and layed the phone off. Great client servicing."
