"The price is usually reasonable, I mean it's in the heart of the Guy-downtown area. I like this building as it's packed with students and young people. It used to be really ghetto but I've heard they cleaned up nice. I just love the location, aim for the highest floor! Don't expect class, expect simplicity. Only real drama is the elevators and the smell of chinese food in every hallway."

"There are many pros and cons here. They are quick to come fix problems but the fixes themselves aren't always good. Lots of age in this building and it's really starting to show. The interior is exceedingly tacky. They did a renovation to the interior last summer but it looks like a tacky Russian living room which is pretty bad considering all surrounding buildings are getting super modern upgrades. I love the management they are very friendly and you really cannot beat the price. People complaining about immigrants are racist, they are lovely neighbours and no one is ever loud. "
