Seek Odin Terms of Service

This statement is intended to inform you of the terms and conditions you are expected to adhere to when joining and contributing to the Seek Odin community.  This agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your membership with Seek Odin.

User Accounts

• Only one Seek Odin account per user/person is permitted.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.  You agree not to use the username or password of any other Seek Odin member.  You are solely responsible for all use of your member profile.

User Comments and/or Reviews

• Comments and/or reviews of service providers must be objective.  You are expected to provide specific reasons as to why you are submitting a positive or negative comment.
• Peer comments are the backbone of Seek Odin.  Therefore, reviewing mostly friends' and family members' profiles is unfair and goes against Seek Odin's community spirit.  Moreover, reviews and comments submitted by the reviewed business or service provider's employees (past or present), or its competitors are not allowed, and will be removed and/or modified, as determined by Seek Odin.
• Insults, profanity and rude comments are not permitted on Seek Odin.
• All comments and/or reviews submitted to Seek Odin are expected to be on-topic.  Unrelated and/or self-promotional submissions may be removed.
• Unacceptable comments contain any language that is offensive, discriminatory, hateful, vengeful or harmful.
• User reviews and comments do not reflect the views of Seek Odin, and are not endorsed by Seek Odin, its directors or employees.

Intellectual Property

• You may only visit, view, and save a copy of Seek Odin content for your own personal use.
• You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute or sell any intellectual property of Seek Odin.

Termination of Service

• Seek Odin reserves the right to terminate your Seek Odin account, or any submitions you make, without notice at any time, for any reason, including in case of violation of any of the terms and conditions in this statement.

User Consent

• By using the Seek Odin website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, whether or not you register as a member of the Seek Odin community.
• By agreeing to these terms, you expressly acknowledge that Seek Odin is not held liable in case of indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind in connection with your use of Seek Odin.

Terms of Service Updates

• Seek Odin reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.  Any updates will be communicated either by site announcement or email.
